Koolstofintensiteit is de emissievariabele

Incentives veranderen snel

Aankoopsubsidies, btw-behandeling, belastingheffing voor bedrijfsauto's, vrijstellingen van wegenbelasting, toegang tot steden en parkeerprivileges variëren per land en verschillende veranderen jaarlijks. Alles wat hierover gepubliceerd wordt, heeft een korte houdbaarheid, wat de reden is dat deze site ze behandelt als gegevens die ververst moeten worden in plaats van als proza dat eenmaal geschreven moet worden.

Is het de moeite waard om op stimulansen te wachten?
Ze veranderen vaak, zowel naar boven als naar beneden. Kopen op basis van een geruchtenmakende toekomstige regeling is gokken.
